Sweet Pepper

Nevis is a tiny Caribbean island, which Kirsten visits almost every year. The simple beauty in the landscapes and everyday scenes and displays are a great inspiration and of course the stamps there are sensational.

Sweet Peppers is based on a display of pepper plants which were up for sale in the local supermarket. The plants were very small and amazingly green, growing in plastic cups labelled ready for sale.
